Max Erl, Graphik-Designer und Filmemacher, glaubt an eine Pädagogik der Freundschaft und träumt in schwachen Minuten von einer veränderten Welt. In seiner Freizeit schreibt er Lieder meist über die Themen Mitleid und die Möglichkeit der Sehnsucht und spielt Schlagzeug. Freunde loben an ihm seine Geistesgegenwart, er selbst orientiert sich bescheiden am Wort des bosnischen Schriftstellers H. Kenozidovic: „Jede Empathie ist nur ausgedacht.“

Die Kanadierin mit Schweizer Wurzeln mach auf ihrer Europatour gleich als zweites Station bei uns im Artefakt.
In ihrem neuen Album “Kodiak” hat sich sich neu erfunden, sie spielt rockigen Pop, mit allerlei Experimenten in Richtung Elektronik oder Punk. Am meisten ist man aber hingerissen von ihrer Hammer Stimme.

Emaline Delapaix is an Australian singer songwriter who lives between rural Western Canada and Germany with her big orange cat Reece. She spends a lot of time writing odd folk pop for piano, acoustic guitar and harp and sometimes whatever else she has lying about the place. Some say she sounds a little like Kate Bush or Tori Amos, but she also loves a lot of Scandinavian music: music that invokes the weather like storms and warm sunsets.
